Guys Read Book Club Serves Burgaw Middle 6th and 7th Graders

Pender Early College High School and Burgaw Middle School expanded Guy's Read Book Club from last year’s program. Two groups meet each Tuesday afternoon from 3:30-4:15 pm. 6th graders are reading "Raven's Gate" by Anthony Horowitz (Gatekeepers Series) with Pender Early College High School students, Danny Stump, Roland ( Kyle) Violette, Edgar Bautista, and James Donaldson, leading the group. Also, Aaron Davis, Jordain Mann, and Brendon Clark, from Pender Early College High School, are leading a group of 7th graders reading "Stormbreaker" also written by Anthony Horowitz (Alex Rider Series).
